Overview

Little Fish Poke is a vibrant Surinamese restaurant nestled in the heart of Milan, at Corso Cristoforo Colombo. It brings a fresh, Hawaiian-inspired culinary experience to the city’s diverse food scene, specializing in poke bowls that blend traditional flavors with local finesse.

The main attraction here is undoubtedly the poke bowls—offered in different sizes to suit various appetites. Whether you opt for the classic Poke Tonno or lean towards the Hawaiian Chicken, each bowl is a balanced composition of fresh, high-quality ingredients. From raw salmon and cooked shrimp to edamame, avocado, and seaweed, the components come together in colorful harmony, delivering both taste and nutrition. Those who appreciate subtle Asian influences will enjoy the Carpaccio selections, where thinly sliced fish is enhanced with ponzu sauce, tobiko, and sesame. The fried options, like the Ebi Fly with its teriyaki glaze, add a satisfying crunch to the menu’s texture palette.

Little Fish Poke’s space reflects a cozy, informal ambiance that invites a casual, relaxing meal. It’s ideal for those seeking a quick yet wholesome lunch or a light dinner without the fuss of traditional sushi bars. The staff tends to be friendly and accommodating, helping guests navigate the variety of customizable options, which can be appealing for both poke enthusiasts and newcomers exploring Hawaiian flavors.

This spot also caters to a broad crowd—from health-conscious diners looking for fresh, protein-rich bowls to urban food lovers intrigued by Surinamese and Hawaiian fusion. While the pricing sits within a reasonable range for Milan, it leans slightly towards the premium side when adding specialty ingredients. Nevertheless, many customers praise the freshness and thoughtful preparation, labeling it among the best poke experiences in the city.

For dessert, the Mochi Freddo offers a delicate end to the meal. These mochi, packed with creamy ice cream centers in flavors like green tea, lychee, and strawberry, provide a subtle sweetness that complements the savory dishes efficiently.

In summary, Little Fish Poke serves up an authentic taste of Hawaiian cuisine infused with Surinamese nuances, set against Milan’s bustling urban backdrop. It’s a go-to destination for those craving fresh, vibrant bowls in a welcoming environment without overcomplicating the dining experience.

The best poke I have so far anywhere: I did not expect it to be in Milan and for such a convenient price. 8 euro small bowl, 12 medium, 16 large. For my gf 8 was ok, and for me 12. You get to pick a pre-built one or create your own which is a good addition. I got raw salmon and cooked shrimps and can say with certainty they were fresh ingredients (I'm very demanding with food) It was very tasty, and for an amazing price. The environment is cozy and the staff is ok. Very very recommended.

The place offers a vast variety of ingredients from the most usual ones to the least common. The bowls are three different sizes, not too generous, satisfying nonetheless. The poke was good, nothing extraordinary but will definitely be keeping it as an option when around Porta Genova. The price is pretty average, considering the fact that you have to pay an extra for some ingredients.

Quite expensive. However, it is always interesting to try something new. Hawaiian cuisine is not something you can find every day. Poke bowl consist of base and different ingredients. The most common base is rice. I tried Hawaiian Chicken - bowl with rice, shrimps, pineapples etc. Very tasty and nutritious, but I think that 13.90€ for it is too much. :/ The staff was nice and the place itself is pleasant.

Best Poke bowl place in Milan. Super tasty, fresh and quite big portions. I have ordered a lot of times already and never had a single bad piece of fish or veggie inside the bowl. The poke bowl and sushi are both of super high quality. Can totally recommend this place.
